This dough is made of solvent, resin and an accelerating offering an homogenous fluid, reactive to UV and easy to use. If offers a creamy blending, preventing tin from separating. This tack flux is efficient with SN, PB welds and solder balls. This dough is in compliance with the RoHS 2002/95/EC directive, limiting the the use of dangerous substances.
