Price Calculation & Conversion

  • All product prices are displayed in AED and converted to the equivalent cryptocurrency amount at the time of checkout.
  • Due to market volatility, the final amount may change slightly before the transaction is confirmed.
  1. Return & Refund Policy for Cryptocurrency Payments

General Return Policy

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories included and as per conditions mention in Terms of Purchase.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit or an equivalent cryptocurrency amount based on the original transaction value in fiat currency (USD, EUR, etc.) at the time of purchase.
  • Due to cryptocurrency price volatility, refunds will not be issued based on the current market value of the cryptocurrency.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after return approval.
