Aidalarm S1708A Aidalarm Press to Reset Button with Braille text. A wall mounting Press to Reset button with Braille text plus 2 high brightness yellow LEDs and sounder for caller reassurance. Enclosed in white ABS plastic, complete with a single gang surface mounting box. Flush fitting is also possible with a standard single gang back box. This is a non-latching unit with N.O. contacts specifically designed for use with our Aidalarm Disabled Toilet Alarm systems. The LEDs and sounder have separate terminals. The LED and sounder current limit resistor is provided for 12 vdc operation. The button contacts are rated at 50ma 24vdc resistive, N.O. press to close.
They should NOT be used for switch feeds to door strikes or mag locks etc.

Aidalarm meets the requirements for emergency signalling systems for Disabled Person Toilet Alarms and is fully compliant with BS8300 and the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act.
This unit is compatable with Hoyles Call Equipment Range.The unit requires either a S1600-R or S1600AL-R ceiling mounted RED pull cord, (optional) Dado panic strip RPD01000 or wall mounted call button S1705BR. Additionally, a S1708BR reset button must be fitted to enable the system to be reset at or near the point of calling. An S1778BR overdoor light /sounder can be added to give warning in the immediate area.
Requires a separate 12vdc PSU minimum of 250mA , see PSU-12/2AB, if battery backup is required see BAT12V3300LA
