Mortise mounted electromagnetic door holder (Model: DH-603) designed to hold doors open in normal operation and release instantly when power is removed (fail-safe). Commonly used on fire doors and corridor doors in conjunction with fire alarm interfaces and door closers. Flush mortise mounting provides a clean appearance and reduced projection compared to surface holders. Dual voltage 12/24Vdc for flexible site power supply.
