It incorporates a self-contained lithium energy source and control circuitry to maintain non-volatility without external components. When power is disrupted, the internal lithium source automatically switches on, ensuring data retention for a minimum of 10 years. With an access time of 100ns, the DS1230AB-100+ guarantees fast and reliable performance for critical data storage needs.

This module is JEDEC standard-compliant, packaged in a 28-pin DIP encapsulated format, making it compatible with a wide range of systems.
