The DCA55 is an intelligent and flexible semiconductor analyzer that allows you to connect it in any way round. It features a backlit alphanumeric display that shows component type, pinout information, and parameter measurement. It supports a wide range of components such as transistors, MOSFETs, JFETs, diodes, LEDs, and many others. Measurements: Part type identification, Pinout identification, BJT current gain (hFE), BJT base emitter voltage (Vbe), BJT collector leakage current, MOSFET gate threshold voltage, Diode forward voltage drop (Vf).
