Description

The DCA75 is a highly versatile instrument that allows you to identify and test a wide range of semiconductor components with ease. It is designed to deliver accurate and detailed measurements and can display component type, pinout, and detailed parameter measurement. The device is also capable of plotting characteristics curves on your Windows PC. The DCA75 can measure BJT current gain, BJT base emitter voltage, BJT collector leakage current, MOSFET on and off gate threshold voltages, MOSFET transconductance, JFET pinch-off voltage, JFET transconductance, JFET IDSS, IGBT on and off gate threshold voltages, IGBT transconductance, voltage regulator output voltage, voltage regulator quiescent current consumption, voltage regulator drop-out voltage, Zener voltage, and diode forward voltage drop.
